Thanks for learning with Baketivity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you would like to cancel your order you may do so as long as the order is still processing,
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note: When you purchase a subscription it will be shipped on the 10th of each month. (For example: if you purchase your subscription on any day in the month before the 1oth it will be shipped the same month but all subscriptions placed after the 1oth will be shipped the next month. All single kits will ship separately right away.
